Below is general pricing for home cooking prepared by Chef
Isacco Vitali including menu planning, grocery shopping, meal
preparation, presentation, service, and clean-up.
The cost of groceries is separate because every client
has different tastes, and prices vary depending on
availability and seasonality.
Chef Vitali can assist you with wine choices which will
accentuate your meal.
Personal
cooking performed by Chef Vitali in your home includes canapés to welcome your
guests and four courses (2 starters, entrée and a dessert).
The cost is $60.00 per person (4-guest minimum), not
including groceries and beverages/alcohol.
For larger parties of 10+ guests, there is an
additional fee of $100.00 for an assistant.

Chef Isacco Vitali are lively and unique.
Whether the group is intimate or large, he will conduct
a memorable demonstration including food tasting and recipes.
Personalize your party or event with this culinary
group interaction. The
cost is approximately $60.00 per hour, depending on group
size.
Chef
Vitali performs a limited quantity of demonstrations
“gratis” for charitable organizations; the cost of food
and equipment rental is additional.
Private
Cooking Instruction is
$100 per lesson (1-2 people), plus the cost of food.
